The Medium Chef is the versatile all-rounder of the kitchen. Slicing, dicing, and the everyday prep that fills a cook's day. Balanced, sharp, and built to be the knife you reach for first.

The blade is Böhler N690 with a stonewashed finish, our workhorse steel. It holds a keen edge through a full day of prep and sharpens up quick.

The handle pairs stabilised Tasmanian Blackwood with a TruStone spacer and natural deer antler. Warm dark timber against raw antler with a clean break of colour through the middle. No two are ever the same.

Keeping Your Edge

A quick strop before each use keeps your blade at its best. For a full sharpen, use a whetstone at the factory angle or send it back to us for free resharpening under the Iron Gate Lifetime Guarantee.

General Care

Wipe the blade dry after use. Apply mineral oil or handle wax to the handle every few months. Store in the included Kydex sheath.
