The Mako is our flagship fillet knife, named after the shark for a reason. Fast, aggressive, and built to tear through fish with control. Stiffer than a traditional fillet knife but more precise than a boning knife, it sits in the sweet spot for bigger, tougher species.
The blade is Böhler N690 with a stonewashed finish, our workhorse steel. It holds a working edge, resists corrosion, and sharpens up quick.
The handle pairs stabilised Tasmanian Blackwood with a TruStone spacer and natural deer antler. Warm dark timber against raw antler with a clean break of colour through the middle. No two are ever the same.
