This N690 Skinner is a compact, purpose-built knife designed for precision work — ideal for skinning, caping, and fine detail cuts in the field.
The blade is cut from Böhler N690 stainless steel and finished with a stonewashed finish, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a durable surface that hides wear from real use. Its short overall length and balanced profile provide confidence and control when accuracy matters most.
The handle is crafted from natural fallow deer antler, shaped carefully by hand to retain portions of the outer texture. This approach preserves the character of the material while providing a secure, tactile grip in use. Each handle is unique, with natural variation in texture, colour, and grain ensuring no two knives are the same.
Finished, sharpened, and signed off in our Anna Bay workshop, this knife is built as a practical tool first — refined where it counts, and built to last.
