The N690 Hunter is a full-size, all-round hunting knife built for real field use — balanced, capable, and designed to work hard when it counts.
The blade is cut from Böhler N690 stainless steel and finished with a dark stonewash, delivering excellent corrosion resistance and a tough, low-glare finish that hides wear from use. At 4mm thick, the blade offers strength and confidence without sacrificing control, making it well suited to skinning, camp tasks, and general hunting work.
The handle features stabilised Golden Amboyna, prized for its rich colour and striking figure, paired with natural fallow deer antler for grip and organic character. TruStone spacers add strength and a clean visual contrast, tying the handle together with a refined finish. Each handle is shaped and finished by hand, with natural variation ensuring every knife is one of a kind.
Finished, sharpened, and signed off in our Anna Bay workshop, this N690 Hunter is built to be used hard and backed for life.
