A long slicer built for bread and bakes, clean through crust and crumb. The blade is a stainless damascus san mai, an N690 stainless core clad both sides with stainless damascus, so it takes a fine edge, holds it, and shrugs off rust the way plain carbon never will. The handle is stabilised Arizona Ironwood, dense and beautifully figured.
