The blade is cut from Böhler N690 stainless steel with a stonewashed finish that suits daily use and wears in naturally. Compact and precise, the Notch is made for controlled cuts and the kind of small jobs that come up all the time.
The full abalone handle is where this knife really stands apart. Deep colour, natural movement, and light that shifts as you turn it in hand. Every handle is completely unique, with no two ever looking the same. It’s bold without being flashy, and unmistakably one of a kind.
At 155mm overall with a 75mm cutting edge, it carries easily and feels right in the hand.
