Ergo Skinner — York Gum Burl, TruStone & Abalone

The Ergo Skinner is small, controlled, and made for close work. Skinning, caping, and the detail jobs where a big blade only gets in the way.

The blade is Böhler N690 with a stonewashed finish, ground for control and edge retention through a long day.

The handle is stabilised York gum burl with a TruStone spacer, brass detailing and a natural abalone accent. Rich grain that warms in the hand, unique to every knife.

Keeping Your Edge

A quick strop before each use keeps your blade at its best. For a full sharpen, use a whetstone at the factory angle or send it back to us for free resharpening under the Iron Gate Lifetime Guarantee.

General Care

Wipe the blade dry after use. Apply mineral oil or handle wax to the handle every few months. Store in the included Kydex sheath.
