This knife is 100% handmade in our Anna Bay workshop by a small crew of Aussie makers. No mass production. No factory lines. This build features an N690 stainless steel blade with an etched and stonewashed finish, paired with Curly Myrtle with abalone inlay, making it a one-off in this drop. Once this exact knife is gone, it’s gone.
Curly Myrtle is a Tasmanian timber known for its tight grain and natural figure. The abalone inlay adds a subtle detail and visual contrast, giving this handle extra character while keeping it practical for real-world use.
N690 is a proven stainless steel known for good edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The etched and stonewashed finish helps reduce glare, hide wear, and gives the blade a clean, working look.
