This knife is 100% handmade in our Anna Bay workshop by a small crew of Aussie makers. No mass production. No factory lines. This build features an N690 stainless steel blade with an etched and stonewashed finish, paired with a half abalone and half golden Amboyna burl handle, making it a one-off in this drop. Once this exact knife is gone, it’s gone.
Golden Amboyna burl brings warm tones and natural figure, while abalone adds colour and variation. The combination gives this handle a unique look while still being built as a practical working knife.
N690 is a proven stainless steel known for good edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The etched and stonewashed finish helps reduce glare, hide wear, and gives the blade a clean, working look.
