San Mai Damascus with a Japanese VG10 core. If you know steel, you know that's a proper combination.
The VG10 core gives you a razor edge that holds, and the stainless Damascus cladding adds toughness and corrosion resistance around it. The raindrop pattern across the blade isn't decorative — it's a result of how the steel is forged, and every blade comes out different.
This is a boning knife first. Slim, precise, and versatile enough to handle filleting work as well. It moves cleanly through fish frames, cartilage, and meat without dragging or tearing.
The handle is natural abalone shell in clear resin — built for wet conditions and built to last. Comes with a Kydex sheath and free engraving.

General Care
Wipe the blade dry after use. Apply mineral oil or handle wax to the handle every few months. Store in the included Kydex sheath.
