Stockman — Tasmanian Blackwood & Buffalo Horn

This is a small knife with deep character. The Stockman is a compact bushcraft-style blade built for control — carving, food prep, and the quiet jobs around camp where feel matters more than size. At 155mm overall with a 70mm cutting edge, it sits naturally in the hand and carries easily without ever getting in the way.

The blade is Böhler N690 stainless steel finished with a stonewash that suits real use and wears in over time. Tough, predictable, and built to be used without fuss.

The handle pairs Tasmanian Blackwood — a dense, richly figured Aussie hardwood — with a buffalo horn spacer that runs deep black under polish. Old-school materials, properly done. Every handle is shaped one at a time, no two the same.

Keeping Your Edge

A quick strop before each use keeps your blade at its best. For a full sharpen, use a whetstone at the factory angle or send it back to us for free resharpening under the Iron Gate Lifetime Guarantee.

General Care

Wipe the blade dry after use. Apply mineral oil or handle wax to the handle every few months. Store in the included Kydex sheath.
