This Hunter is made one at a time in our Port Stephens workshop and is available as a limited pre-order.

Each knife is handcrafted using N690 stainless steel with a durable stonewashed finish, paired with a Tasmanian Blackwood handle featuring a natural abalone shell inlay. The abalone adds subtle character and depth, while the timber provides a solid, comfortable grip that only improves with use.

No two knives will ever be the same.
Grain patterns, colour, and shell detail vary naturally — that’s the point.

This is a working hunting knife, not a display piece.
