This is the full kitchen lineup — a Bread Knife, Chef Knife, Utility Knife, and Paring Knife — all built from N690 stainless steel with a dark stonewash finish. Full tang construction throughout. Every handle is Ringed Gidgee with Abalone Shell inlay and Natural Deer Antler — matched across all four knives so the set looks like it belongs together.

N690 is a high-end Austrian stainless steel — holds a razor edge, resists corrosion, and handles everything from crusty sourdough to fine herb work without skipping a beat. The dark stonewash hides wear and gives each blade a working-tool feel from day one.
