This fillet knife is forged from Nitro V stainless steel, a high-performance blade steel that takes a razor edge, holds it, and handles saltwater without flinching. The stiffer profile gives you more control when riding bones and breaking down bigger species. Less flex, more confidence.

The handle is Carbon Fiber with layered Copper, hand-shaped for grip and balance. The copper layers add weight where it counts and give the handle a bold, modern look while the carbon fiber keeps things light and strong. It's built for wet hands, long sessions, and tough conditions.

General Care

Wipe the blade dry after use. Apply mineral oil or handle wax to the handle every few months. Store in the included Kydex sheath.
