Absolutely love this Mini Cleaver! The craftsmanship is outstanding, the knife feels incredibly solid in the hand, and it's razor sharp straight out of the box. The red fluorocarbon handle looks fantastic and provides a comfortable grip. You can tell it's a quality Australian-made product that's built to last. Very happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be buying from Iron Gate again. Highly recommended!
