How long is the build time?

Every knife in this collection is built to order. Lead time is 6–8 weeks from order. If you need it for a specific occasion, message us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
Is engraving really free?

Yes. Initials, a date, a callsign, up to 24 characters. Send the engraving text in the order notes at checkout, or reply to your confirmation email.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Anything the knife needs to keep going for life — regrinds, re-handles, factory-edge sharpening. Send it in, we sort it. Doesn't cover loss, theft or wilful damage.
Returns?

Built-to-order knives are non-refundable once the build starts. If something's wrong with workmanship, we'll fix it free under the lifetime backing.
