The Notch is the knife you grab without thinking — opening boxes, trimming cord, cutting bait, or sorting jobs around camp. Small, sharp, and easy to carry, it’s the kind of blade that quietly earns its place.

The recurved spine and wharncliffe-style tip give you heaps of control, and the full fallow deer antler handle feels right from the first cut. A bit of texture left in the antler keeps it grippy, and every handle comes out different — no two are the same.

Built by hand in Anna Bay, finished properly, and made to look just as good after a few years of use as it does on day one.
