This knife is 100% handmade in our Anna Bay workshop by a small crew of Aussie makers. No mass production. No factory lines. This build features an N690 stainless steel blade with an etched and stonewashed finish, paired with red Amboyna burl with abalone inlay, making it a one-off in this drop. Once this exact knife is gone, it’s gone.
Red Amboyna burl brings deep colour and natural figure, while the abalone inlay adds a subtle detail and visual contrast. The result is a unique handle that still holds up to real-world use.
N690 is a proven stainless steel known for good edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The etched and stonewashed finish helps reduce glare, hide wear, and gives the blade a clean, working look.
