The Angle Set folds out for use and folds flat for storage — chuck it in a drawer, a tackle box, or your camp kit. Three-sided ceramic rods rotate between coarse, fine, and honing surfaces, with a separate tapered rod for serrations.

Five angle settings from 15 to 25 degrees give you control over your bevel on everything from thin kitchen blades to thicker outdoor knives.
