The Santoku is the nimble all-rounder — "three virtues" for slicing, dicing and mincing. A flatter belly and shorter blade make it fast, controlled and endlessly useful for the everyday prep that fills a cook's day.

The blade is Böhler N690 with a stonewashed finish, our workhorse steel. It holds a keen edge through a full day of prep and sharpens up quick.

The handle pairs stabilised Tasmanian Blackwood with a TruStone spacer and natural deer antler. Warm dark timber against raw antler with a clean break of colour through the middle. No two are ever the same.
