A bowie profile with a recurve edge. The belly sweeps in before the tip, so the edge pulls into the cut on a draw and keeps biting through the long slicing strokes a bowie is built for.
The blade is Böhler N690 with a stonewashed finish, our workhorse steel. It holds a working edge through a full day in the field and sharpens up quick.
The handle runs Arizona ironwood into natural deer antler, with brass and ivory G10 spacers between them. Dense, dark figured timber up front, raw antler at the back, and a clean break of brass and ivory through the middle.
