The Mini Skinner is the evolution of our Ergo Skinner and Mini Hunter. We wanted something highly ergonomic, but with enough cutting edge to process large deer and game.
It's a small knife with a proper job to do. Short, curved belly, fine point, built for skinning and caping where control matters more than size. Light on the belt, easy in the hand, and built to last a lifetime. It can be a versatile EDC knife, a field knife, or a glorified box opener.
This is the N690 version, our house stainless, stonewashed. It holds a working edge through a full animal, doesn't mind blood and rain, and sharpens straight back up. The most affordable way into the Mini Skinner.
The handle is a full deer antler, left with all its own character. The ridges, the colour, the marks it earned in the paddock. Warm in the hand, grippy when wet, and no two are the same.
A note on antler
Deer antler is a natural material. Every handle is its own shape, colour and texture, so yours will not be identical to the photos. That is the point.
