This Flexxy Fillet is crafted from 12C27 Swedish stainless steel, delivering razor-sharp performance, corrosion resistance, and the perfect balance of strength and flex. With a 180 mm cutting edge and 295 mm overall length, it’s a very flexible knife that glides effortlessly when filleting or skinning fish.

The handle features aqua dyed curly maple, stabilised to enhance strength and make it highly water-resistant — preserving its stunning figure and smooth finish no matter how many days you spend out on the water.

Every knife is handmade in Anna Bay, individually shaped, polished, and tested for feel and precision. It includes a custom Kydex sheath and optional free engraving, ready to make it uniquely yours.
