A chef's knife with a bit of everything, built to be the last you'll need. The blade is a coppermascus san mai, a hard 52100 carbon core clad both sides with copper-toned stainless damascus, so it takes a fine edge, holds it, and carries a pattern all its own. The handle pairs stabilised Amboyna Burl with TruStone and deer antler.
