Change of Mind

• Because each knife is handmade and often made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

• If you have questions about a knife before ordering, reach out to us — we’re happy to help you pick the right blade.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) once the item is returned.

• Photos of the damage may be requested to speed up the process.

Lifetime Guarantee

• Every Iron Gate Knife is backed for life against defects in craftsmanship and materials.

• This does not cover misuse, neglect, improper care, or natural wear (such as patina, scratches, or sharpening).

Returns Process

1. Email support@irongateknives.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If approved, you’ll be given return instructions.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome (repair, replacement, or refund).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
