The reason we're doing this

Come and see
where they're made.

Every knife we sell is made by hand by five blokes in Anna Bay. For three years that's happened behind a roller door most of you have never been through. This is the day it opens. Same benches, same grinders, same blokes, and you can stand there and watch it happen.

A one-off Iron Gate Knives custom knife with a copper clad Damascus blade and burl handle, held in hand

Drawn 1pm · Fundraiser

A Custom Knife
for Rural Aid.

Farmers have been doing it tough for a long time. So we're raffling off a one-off custom knife on the day, and every cent of every ticket goes straight to Rural Aid.

It's not a showroom knife. It's the best work we've got, made for this and nothing else. Tickets are on the day at the front bench, cash or card, and it's drawn at 1pm.

100% Of every ticket goes to Rural Aid

Not you? RSVP again

Before you come

Questions

No. Free to get in, free to eat, free to enter the draw. The only money changing hands is the showroom and the Rural Aid raffle tickets, and both are optional.

Not to come along, no. But you have to have RSVP'd to go in the draw for the big three, the Traeger, the Yeti and the chef set. That draw runs online as well, so you don't have to be here to win one of those. The lucky door prizes and the one of a kind custom knives are different, they only go to people here on the day.

Just RSVP once and put your number in the how many coming field. That number is only so we know how much food to put on, it does not change your odds. Every RSVP gets one entry in the draw, whether you turn up on your own or with six mates.

Free. Giant smoker running all day with brisket, corn and burgers. Come hungry.

Absolutely. Bring them. Plenty to look at and plenty of room to run around.

Yes, on a lead, and keep them close through the day.

On site at 4236 Nelson Bay Road. Follow the signs, there'll be someone directing traffic.

Just turn up and park in the show area, we'll sort you out. Judging happens through the morning and awards are handed out at 12:30.

Tickets are on the day at the front bench, cash or card. One one-off custom knife, drawn at 1pm, and 100% of every ticket goes to Rural Aid. You don't need to be present for that one, we'll get in touch if it's you.

We're going ahead. Most of it is under cover and the smoker doesn't care about weather.
