Change of Mind

• Because each knife is handmade and often made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing and read the measurements and steel type.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  
• We’ll repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) once the item is returned.
  
• Photos of the damage may be requested to speed up the process.
