N690 stainless steel, hardened to 58 HRC — serious edge retention and the kind of toughness you need in a cleaver. The 210mm cutting edge and 330mm overall length give you real power for bones, thick cuts, and heavy kitchen prep. Forward-weighted for controlled, powerful chopping.

Full tang construction with a G10 bolster, brass and G10 spacers, and Australian Ringed Gidgee wood. The handle is built for grip and durability under pressure — it feels rock solid in the hand and looks the part too.
