The Flexxy Fillet is precision-crafted from 12C27 Swedish stainless steel, offering the perfect balance of flexibility, corrosion resistance, and razor-sharp edge retention. With a 180 mm cutting edge and 295 mm overall length, this blade is very flexible, making it ideal for skinning and filleting fish with total control.

The handle features stabilised Black Palm, a rare and striking timber known for its deep tone and unique dotted grain. Stabilising strengthens the wood and makes it far more water-resistant, giving it durability to match its natural beauty.

Each knife is handmade in Anna Bay, individually shaped, sanded, and polished for a perfect fit and feel. Comes complete with a custom Kydex sheath and optional free engraving.
