The Flexxy Fillet is built for precision on the water — lightweight, flexible, and made to last a lifetime. Forged from 12C27 Swedish stainless steel, this blade delivers incredible sharpness, corrosion resistance, and edge stability, making it perfect for filleting and skinning fish with ease.
With a 180 mm cutting edge and 295 mm overall length, it’s a very flexible knife that moves cleanly through fish while maintaining control and balance.
The handle is crafted from natural curly maple, stabilised to make it stronger and more water-resistant while preserving its beautiful natural figure and warm tone. Every knife is hand-finished in Anna Bay, shaped, sanded, and polished by hand for a premium feel in the hand.
Each comes with a custom Kydex sheath and optional free engraving to make it uniquely yours.
