Forged from N690 stainless steel, it delivers excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance and toughness — making it a dependable everyday companion.
At 150mm overall with a 70mm cutting edge, the Drifter offers precision and control without unnecessary bulk. The signature curved spine sits naturally in the hand, giving smooth slicing performance and comfortable handling.
This edition features segmented Afzelia Xlay and Bog Oak scales — a blend of exotic, highly figured hardwood and deep, ancient timber. Afzelia Xlay provides striking grain and colour, while Bog Oak adds contrast, density and timeless character. Each handle is shaped and finished by hand in our Anna Bay workshop.
