This Long Paracord Boning Knife is forged from Nitro-V stainless steel, chosen for its razor-sharp edge, extreme toughness, and salt-resistant durability. With a 170 mm cutting edge and 310 mm overall length, it’s a semi-stiff, high-performance blade designed for precision boning, trimming, and breaking down large fish or red meat.
Wrapped in black paracord, it delivers a secure, comfortable grip that performs flawlessly in wet conditions while keeping the weight down. Prefer a stripped-back setup? Simply remove the paracord to run it as a skeleton knife — lightweight, minimalist, and easy to clean.
