At 280 mm overall with a 145 mm cutting edge, it hits the perfect middle ground — semi-stiff, balanced, and incredibly versatile. We’ve refined and tweaked this design over time to create what we believe is the ultimate all-rounder fillet knife. Not too big, not too soft — just the right amount of flex and backbone to handle both small, detailed work and heavier cuts with ease.
The handle is crafted from full abalone shell, polished to reveal stunning ocean hues and natural depth. Every knife is handmade in Anna Bay, shaped and finished one at a time to ensure comfort, balance, and lasting beauty.
