This Flexxy Fillet is forged from 12C27 Swedish stainless steel — sharp, flexible, and tough enough to handle saltwater use. With a 180 mm cutting edge and 295 mm overall length, it glides effortlessly through fish and makes skinning clean, controlled, and easy.

The handle is made from purple and blue dyed curly maple, stabilised to lock out moisture and add strength — making it far more water-resistant than natural timber. Each one is shaped, sanded, and polished by hand right here in Anna Bay, giving every knife its own unique character.

It comes fitted with a custom-moulded Kydex sheath for protection and includes optional free engraving so you can make it truly yours.
