The Flexxy Fillet is built for the legends who live for salt, scales, and precision. Forged from 12C27 Swedish stainless steel, it delivers razor-sharp performance, corrosion resistance, and the perfect flex for clean, controlled filleting.

With a 180 mm cutting edge and 295 mm overall length, this knife is very flexible, gliding effortlessly through fish when skinning or portioning.

The handle is made from dyed and stabilised Lacewood, enhancing its strength and making it highly water-resistant while preserving the lace-like grain patterns that make this timber truly unique. Each handle is hand-shaped, sanded, and polished right here in Anna Bay, giving every knife its own character and feel.

Comes complete with a custom Kydex sheath and optional free engraving.
