Because they're handmade, not mass-produced. Each knife is finished by hand in Anna Bay in small batches, then released in our weekly Thursday 7pm drop. It's the only way to keep the quality where it is — and why the good ones sell out fast. Get on the drop list so you're first in.
How long is the build time?
Most kitchen knives in this collection are built to order. Lead time is 6–8 weeks from order. In-stock knives ship within a week on Express AusPost.
Is engraving really free?
Yes. Initials, a date, a family name, up to 24 characters. Add your engraving text on the product page before you order.
How do I look after it?
Hand wash and dry it after use — never the dishwasher. A quick wipe of food-safe oil on the handle now and then keeps the timber happy. Looked after, it'll outlast every knife in the drawer.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Anything the knife needs to keep going for life — regrinds, re-handles, factory-edge sharpening. Send it in, we sort it. Doesn't cover loss, theft or wilful damage.
