This Boning Knife is forged from Nitro-V stainless steel, known for its incredible toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance — perfect for saltwater use and demanding butchery work. With a 160 mm cutting edge and 290 mm overall length, it’s a stiff, balanced blade that delivers total control when breaking down meat or larger fish.
The handle is a true showpiece — Purple Dyed Curly Maple, Copper Trustone with solid copper spacers and a genuine piece of abalone shell set in clear resin. Each element is hand-fitted and polished by us here in Anna Bay, creating a one-of-a-kind handle that’s as strong as it is stunning.
Every knife comes with a custom Kydex sheath and includes optional free engraving.
