THIS IS A PRE-ORDER
Current build time: 4–6 weeks. Each knife is built to order, one at a time, by hand in Anna Bay, NSW. Your knife enters our queue the day you order.
Tasmanian Blackwood. TruStone. Deer Antler.
A Medium Chef with the balance and reach for everyday kitchen work. Short enough for precision on the board, long enough for a full draw through a cut. 290mm overall with a 160mm cutting edge, built to move easily between vegetables, herbs and proteins.
Built from N690 with a dark stonewash finish. It holds a keen edge, shrugs off the wet, and carries a matte tone that only gets better with years on the bench.
The segmented handle opens with Tasmanian Blackwood up front, dense and dark with quiet figure running through it. A TruStone spacer runs through the middle, adding a clean line of contrast. And Deer Antler finishes the handle at the rear, raw and textured with a grip that only real antler gives you.
No two handles are ever the same.

Because every handle uses natural materials — real timber, real antler — no two knives will ever be identical. That's not a flaw. That's the point.
