This Coppermascus Santoku is built from Coppermascus San Mai forged by Oblivion Steel in Newcastle — one of the most respected laminated steel makers in the world. The result is a blade with incredible colour, pattern and performance, paired with a 210mm cutting edge that handles everyday prep with ease.
The Coppermascus core delivers a razor-sharp edge, while the san mai construction adds strength and a striking layered finish unlike anything else.
This version is fitted with a premium Stabilised Golden Amboyna Burl handle, showcasing deep figure, rich colour and long-lasting stability. Finished with six brass pins for a clean, traditional look and solid durability.
