✔ IN STOCK — READY TO SHIP
Ready now — no six week wait.
Some jobs need a big knife. This is a big knife. The Breaker is here, in stock and ready to ship.
The Breaker is a carving and slicing knife built for the big jobs. 215mm of cutting edge and 350mm nose to tail, so the brisket coming off the smoker, the whole fish on the bench or the roast that is too big for anything else in the drawer comes apart in one long clean pull instead of six short ones.
It lives at the backyard BBQ as happily as it does on the boat. Carving, slicing, breaking down a big cut of meat or fish.
The blade is stainless San Mai damascus with a VG10 core: a hard cutting core forge-welded between layered stainless steel, etched to raise the pattern. Ground to a 3mm spine with a distal taper, so it thins out toward the tip and falls through whatever is under it.
The handle runs stabilised red amboyna burl into natural deer antler, with TruStone and brass spacers between them. Deep red burl up front, raw antler at the back, and hard bands of stone and brass through the middle.
A note on antler
Deer antler is a natural material. Every handle is its own shape, colour and texture, so yours will not be identical to the photos. That is the point.
