⚠️ THIS IS A PRE-ORDER
6–8 week wait. Each knife is built to order, one at a time, by hand in Anna Bay, NSW. Your knife enters our queue the day you order.
In stock knives drop every Thursday 7pm and sell quickly, but a pre-order lets you lock in the build — we make them in small batches once a month.
The Mako is our flagship fillet knife, named after the shark for a reason. Fast, aggressive, and built to tear through fish with control. Stiffer than a traditional fillet knife but more precise than a boning knife, it sits in the sweet spot for bigger, tougher species.
The blade is Sandvik 12C27 with a stonewashed finish, a proven saltwater performer. Fine grained, corrosion resistant, and it takes a razor edge that holds through a day on the water.
The handle pairs stabilised Tasmanian Blackwood with a TruStone spacer and natural deer antler. Warm dark timber against raw antler with a clean break of colour through the middle. No two are ever the same.
