The blade is Sandvik 12C27, fine-grained and corrosion resistant, holding a keen edge through a season of saltwater. The flex does the work, peeling clean fillets with next to no effort.
The handle is stabilised York gum burl with a TruStone spacer, brass detailing and a natural abalone accent. Wild grain, one of a kind.
