A knife built for balance, detail, and a lifetime of use, the Hunter is forged from premium N690 stainless steel and finished in a rugged stonewash for durability and character.

The handle is a showcase of colour and grain:

• Dyed & stabilised curly maple – vibrant tone with rich, rippled figure, strengthened for longevity

• Walnut burl inlay – warm brown burl, adding depth and contrast

• Stabilised spalted maple burl (front section) – intricate spalting and grain, sealed for strength

Each component is shaped, fitted, and polished by hand in our Anna Bay workshop near the sand dunes, ensuring every knife is truly one of a kind.
