Hunter Knife – Ringed Gidgee, Copper TruStone & Deer Antler

The Hunter is designed for balance, precision, and a lifetime of hard work. Forged from premium N690 stainless steel, it’s finished with a rugged stonewash that hides wear while adding character to every blade.

The handle is a showcase of craft and rich materials:

• Ringed Gidgee – one of Australia’s hardest and most beautiful timbers, with deep brown grain and natural ring figure

• Copper & black TruStone – bold contrast with metallic warmth, polished smooth

• 1.5 mm copper spacer & brass pins – crisp, solid accents tying the handle together

• Natural deer antler – organic strength and comfortable texture, shaped for a secure grip

Each section is cut, shaped, and polished by hand in our Anna Bay workshop beside the sand dunes.
