Hunter Knife – Ancient Redgum, Trustone and Antler

The Hunter is built for precision, control, and a lifetime of work. Forged from premium N690 stainless steel, it’s finished with a rugged stonewash that hides wear and gives each blade its own unique look.

Its handle is a blend of heritage timber, bold stone, and organic antler:

• Stabilised ancient Redgum – rich reddish tones from one of Australia’s oldest hardwoods, strengthened for durability

• Brass & black TruStone – striking metallic flecks set in polished stone for a refined contrast

• Brass spacers – clean, classic lines pulling the build together

• Natural deer antler – organic strength and texture, shaped smooth for comfort

Each part is cut, shaped, and polished by hand in our Anna Bay workshop beside the sand dunes.
