Bear Knife – Gidgee, Abalone and Antler

The Bear Knife is built for strength, control, and heirloom quality. Forged from premium N690 stainless steel, it’s finished in a rugged stonewash that hides wear and adds character.

Its handle is a one-off build, combining:

• Master-grade ringed Gidgee – among Australia’s hardest and most striking hardwoods, with rich dark rings

• Abalone shell inlay – iridescent blues and greens that shimmer through polished resin

• Natural deer antler – organic strength and warm texture, shaped smooth for comfort

Each section is carefully shaped, fitted, and polished by hand in our Anna Bay workshop beside the sand dunes.
