The Flexxy Fillet is designed for smooth, controlled filleting with a flexible 180mm blade that glides cleanly through fish. Made from 12C27 stainless steel, it sharpens easily, holds a crisp edge and performs reliably in wet, outdoor conditions.

This version features an aqua-dyed wood handle with abalone shell inlay — a striking mix of vibrant colour and natural shimmer. The dyed timber brings out bold ocean tones, while the abalone adds depth and unique character in every piece.
