The Flexxy Fillet is made for smooth, precise filleting with a flexible 180mm blade that moves cleanly through fish. Crafted from 12C27 stainless steel, it takes a razor-sharp edge, holds it well, and performs reliably in wet, outdoor conditions.

This version features a stabilised Honduran Rosewood handle — dense, richly coloured and beautifully figured. Stabilisation brings out the natural grain while making the timber tough, durable and highly resistant to moisture.
