This 180mm Cleaver is forged from N690 stainless steel, offering excellent edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. Strong, balanced and reliable, it’s built for chopping, portioning and everyday kitchen prep.

The handle features a segmented blend of Maple Burl, Blue Dyed Maple and Wenge. The Maple Burl brings natural figure, the dyed Maple adds bold colour, and the Wenge provides strength and dark contrast. Each handle is shaped and finished by hand, giving every cleaver its own unique character.
