We wanted something highly ergonomic, but with enough cutting edge to process large deer and game.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt's a small knife with a proper job to do. Short, curved belly, fine point — built for skinning and caping where control matters more than size. Light on the belt, easy in the hand, and built to last a lifetime. It can be a versatile EDC knife, a field knife, or a glorified box opener.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is the N690 version — our house stainless, stonewashed. It holds a working edge through a full animal, doesn't mind blood and rain, and sharpens straight back up.
